Sabine Reclaimers need proof that you want the secret info they have to give out.
Steps
- Get some weapons-grade plutonium from a level 13 chavez courier.
- The couriers are to be found near the Chavez Capital Ship.
- You may have to kill all the CL28-48 Chavez before the CL 13 courier will spawn.
- The plutonium drop is not guaranteed - you may have to wait for all ships to respawn and try again.
