Jade Jango wants to trade some White Dragonfly Explosive Missiles for the Build Weapons skill

Steps

1. Buy a few White Dragonfly Explosive Missiles and talk to Jade when you are ready to continue learning.
   • Jade Jango herself sells them! Talk to her again and buy one White Dragonfly Explosive Missile, close the trade then talk to her again
2. Analyze a White Dragonfly Explosive Missile. There is an analyze terminal in the main lobby of Ishuan Station.
   • Keep analyzing and re-buying one missile until you successfully analyze it (I did it on the first attempt, I think you always do with ammo)
3. Return to Jade Jango.
