Head to the Presence Overwhelms and speak with U'nai Yavin.

Steps

1. Destroy a Daeva
   • The Daevas are CL3 and are to be found at the nav point called Realm of the Daevas.
   • You may have to fly beyond to have to see the Daeva drones
2. Return to U'nai Yavin
3. Use Critical Targeting to destroy another Daeva.
   • Kill another CL3 Daeva. The Critical Targeting is always active. You do not have to activate it.
4. Return to U'nai Yavin to finish your task.
   • For the next step in the mission chain (The Final Step of the Shinwa) you need to be Overall Level (OL) 10. Go kill, loot, and vendor the loot if you are not at Level 10 yet.
