The Sentinel's first hull upgrade, speak to Tovar Maxe.

Steps

1. Speak to Proconsul Dionysius Kerr on Arx Magister, in Mars Sector.
2. Visit the Tiberius SHipyards in Primus for your hull upgrade.

Notes

• you get the reward twice. So 2x 1612 XP and 2x 16 faction

• do not get the upgrade while in a formation in a group. Break group before you get the upgrade at the hull.
  Or the game will transport your newly upgraded ship to (x:0, y:0) in the sector. And CL50 Vrix live at that spot.
