This level 7 device is only available from Progen Sentinels (suspected) trained in building Agrippa Technology at a stage II Agrippa device-builder level.

If equipped this increases your shield capacity, Shield Inversion skill and reduces experience debt gained during its use. When activated on a player, the Tactical Advantage Alpha will increase their scan range."
Buffs:
- Improved Shield Inversion (Equip): Improves Shield Inversion damage by 2.50(3.33) per seconds while equipped.
- Reduce Experience Debt (Equip): Reduces XP Debt accrued at time of incapacitation by 10.00(13.30)% when equipped.
- Increase Scan Range (Activated): Gives a ship 10.00% more radar range for 165(219) seconds to target when activated.
- Increase Shield Capacity (Equip): Increases Shield Capacity by 5.0(6.7)% when equipped.
