You need to have this in your cargohold before Zeke will talk to you:
3x Small Jug of Moonshine level 1 
3x Jug of Moonshine level 2 
3x Large Jug of Moonshine level 3

Steps

Fetch 15 Chitin Bits and return to Ezekial Garrett in Witberg Sector. And make sure to bring that moonshine! Note: 09-19-2020 TT OL=100 to get this mission
