Architecti Scuti has a suggestion as to how to transfer your non-tradeable L4 Security Optimal Override Alpha (SOOA) device to other Progen researchers: build it (as a constituent component) into this low-grade shield which IS tradeable.

Steps

1. Create an Amplector Omega Shield for Archetecti Scuti.
2. Return a Amplector Omega Shield you have made to Archetecti Scuti.

Notes:

• This shield, while low-grade, is the method by which a PS Agrippa device-builder can make trade an SOOA device to an Agrippa PP Component/Reactor/Shield-builder, who can break the Amplector Omega Shield down to obtain the non-tradeable SOOA for Agrippa Reactor and/or component builds.
