This mission will teach you the ancient skill of Building Devices. Visit Master Orosu at Master Cha'Han's Dojo on Swooping Eagle planet.

Steps

1. Go to Councillor Uje'da at Jove's Fury in Jupiter sector to retrieve the data disc.
   • This step gives you: 2500 Explore XP, 10000 Combat XP
   • Make sure to have a free cargo-slot to receive the data-disc.
2. Return to Master Orosu to give him the data cube.
   • This step gives you: 2000 Combat XP
3. Analyze and obtain the blueprint for the Dolphin's Tail Master Orosu has given to you at the Yasuragi station on Swooping Eagle planet. If you lose the item when trying to analyze it, you can buy another one from the vendors on the same station.
4. Now that you have the blueprint, show it to Master Orosu back at Master Cha'Han's Dojo station on Swooping Eagle planet.
   • This step gives 8000 Combat XP and 2x 5000 Trade XP
