Counter-Strike (Equip) Returns 12.50 damage to the source of any incoming instant damage. Fast Tractor Beam (Equip) Increases tractor beam speed by 115% when equipped. Scan Boost (Equip) Allows ship scanners to see 3150 units farther when equipped. Maximize Shields (Activated) Increases shield capacity by 10% for 2100.0 seconds when activated. • There are two reward options from the mission The Dragon Ritual but you must choose:

• L8 Mark of the Dragon
• L8 Seal of the Dragon

• IMPORTANT: Progen should get the Seal of the Dragon as it's the best Hull Damage Control item Progen can get outside of a raid. Jenquai and Terran's can use the Sai'Li's Circle device (+143% HDC). If you plan to choose this device then make sure it's on a Terran or Jenquai that is NOT a Warrior.
• Can apply the effect to self and other group members. Two minute cooldown timer before it can be used again.
