Steps
- Ms. de Grey wanted you to take this package over to Frederick van Hoortendam aboard Adriel Mining Station (Adriel, Proxima Centauri)
- Return to Cassiopeia de Grey with the news.
- "Cassie" sent you out to kill four Luminous Manes that are to be found near nav Shipyard Beltway 6. Once you're done you should probably return.
- Return to Cassiopeia de Grey aboard Margesi Station to report success.
- You get the Build Devices skill after this step.
- Analyze a Chemical Inhibitor. You should be able to buy samples here at Margesi.
- Now build one for the next step.
- Return to Cassiopeia de Greay aboard Margsi Station with a completed Chemical Inhibitor.

- The relation between Cassiopeia and Loric may explain why the Psionics faction for the Terran Scout is so much higher than the mutual dislike for InfinitiCorp Traders would suggest
