• Possibly drops from "Merus Milia Captain" CL16, patrolling around in the middle of the other Merus Milia mobs about 20k around Onorom Detention Center. Confirmed that this mob dropped the "Merus Milia Fist Torpedo" ammo for this launcher, so it may also drop the launcher itself. Did not farm long enough to confirm, but mob has a short respawn around ~2 mins.
