Steps
- Locate and destroy one Rogue Progen Hero
- You can find the CL16 Rogue Progen Hero 40k North-East of Anti-Spinward Belt Point 3 (x: -59, y: 67) in Endriago sector.
- Destroy two more Rogue Progen Heroes after upgrading your Critical Targeting
- The mission will not advance until you put a skill point in the Critical Targeting skill
- Report back to Andronicus Tyr at Arx Spartoi for your reward
