Steps
- Head to Nav Primus Gate 2 in Tarsis, Vega and Investigate
- Follow nav path north of Nav Primus Gate 2 to find the source of the Red Dragons here.
- Warp to Red Dragon Hideout nav point.
- Kill 5 of the Shang Lo Advanced Red Dragons (level 12).
- Kill 3 Shang Lo Elite Red Dragons (level 14).
- Find the leader and kill a Heung Leung Ambassador
- Warp to nav point Shang Lo Lan to kill a Heung Leung Ambassador (level 18).
- Return to Deschide Poarta
