Steps

2. Return to Deschide Poarta
3. Travel to Odin's Belt, Nav Odin's Belt 2 and monitor the conversation.
   • Wait for the message to finish playing and the mission will advance
4. Cover your tracks, kill 4 Mist Runners
   • CL10 Mist Runners are at Nav Odin's Belt 3. Be mindful of the V'rix
5. Go to Warden Orphant in Detention Centre Onorom who will analyze the communication. Return to Deschide Poarta with the encrypted intelligence report.
6. Purchase and deliver Signifier Horatius's Encrypted Intelligence Report to Deschide Poarta
   • Signifier Horatius is the trade-good vendor at DCO, go buy a thing.
