Steps
- Analyze a Caligula Duo Reactor
- You can buy one at the vendor in this station
- Return to Deschide Poarta
- Travel to Endriago Spinward Belt point 5 and listen (in on) the conversation
- Wait for the message to finish playing and the mission will advance
- Cover your tracks, kill 5 CL8 Rogue Progen. You should find them heading north-east. (CL8 Rogue progen may be found about 3k NE of Spinward Belt point 5, near an asteroid field, but their spawn rate is rather slow. Keep a watchful eye out for the occasional CL13 Manes if you are low-level!)
- Travelling N-N-W or N-N-E from the nav puts several Rogue Progen on your path.
- Only the CL8 Rogue Progen count towards mission goal, the CL11/CL13 do not advance the kill counter.
- (x:111, y:51) had a sizeable group
- Go to Warden Orphant in Detention Center Onorom who will analyze the communication. Return to Deschide Poarta with the encrypted intelligence report.
- Purchase and deliver Signifier Horatius's Encrypted Intelligence Report to Deschide Poarta
- Signifier Horatius is the trade-good vendor in DCO.
