Steps
- Attempt to communicate with a Glaring Voltoi in Antares Frontier.
- Glaring Voltoi are the L56 found at Research Station Beta
- The voltoi failed to communicate. Plan B: Travel to the voltoi nest near Glass Spire Point (-63, 50).
- Defeat the Flickering Deviant nest guardian (CL46 - there's other CL46's and 48's here and it's in Zzixix's (CL54) path so watch out!).
- Capture a fledgling voltoi at the voltoi nest at Glass Spire Point.
- Examine Glass Spire Point to spawn fledgling voltoi
- Another voltoi transferred its essence to the infant voltoi. Defeat the Resonating Voltoi Waft (CL45).
- Try to capture another infant voltoi.
- Take the specimen to Synjin Talbot for examination on Ishuan Station (Ishuan, Castor System).
- Synjin Talbot is found in the unfinished hall which is to the right when you come in from the dock
- Deliver the specimen to the "Glenn Commission Science Exhibit" (the small office at the far end of the exhibit cages).
