You have been drafted to help Jenquai forces scout out the V'rix. Explore the galaxy, meet new and interesting lifeforms ... and kill them.
Important: This is NOT a hull upgrade mission. If you got this, thinking it is an upgrade mission, read this: Jenquai Hull Upgrade Missions#Level 50
Steps
- Find out the situation on Primus Planet: CRITICAL!!!: It is HIGHLY recommended to group with a JE that has group cloak)
- Fly to (and land on) Primus planet.
- Get a good look at what's left of Praetorium Mons
- Scan the wrecked Praetorium Mons station.
- Dispatch the V'rix patrol near the base to make a clean escape
- Kill 3 CL17 V'rix.
- Get off the planet. Next stop, check out Roc.
- See what's become of the shield that was supposed to hold back the aliens.
- Scan the Destroyed Alien Interment Shield at (X: -95, Y: 93) roughly 10K NE of 1RD2NN2S nav.
- Already you can see differences in the sector chart and navigation paths. Search for new nav points near co-oordinates (X: -149.15 and y:-44.14)
- Fly to (X: -149.15, Y: -44.14) (L32G2) and hover a second until missions advances
- Expand your search towards co-ordinates (x: -57.48 and y: -38.88)
- Fly to (X: -57.48, Y: -38.88) (M1RN2R3V2R) and hover a second until missions advances
- The trail ends here, but this can't be all there is to see. Spiral outward from the sector center (X:0, y: 0) and scan any hidden navs.
- Fly to (0, 0) and then scan 3 hidden navs: (press X and cycle through until you see an 'Eye' icon above the target window)
- (X: 12, Y: -11) V3M6R3DGE (roughly 60k NE of M1RN2R3V2R)
- (X: 28, Y: 22) S4MM2R3V2R (roughly 20k NE of V3M6R3DGE)
- (X: 3, Y: 45) N25V2CH1P2LL2
- As you progress into the uncharted areas, you notice the aliens are getting stronger. Most notably, those CL45 V'rix Helkos near co-ordinates (X: 8, Y: 29). They're really big. Maybe kill something smaller, like around level 30.
- Kill 3 CL30 Vrix Helkoss (Found near the nav CH1MP1GN3 (X: -43, Y: -17) roughly 12k NE of M1RN2R3V2R.
- Something is flickering in and out of your long-range scan. Check out co-ordinates (X:60.9, y: -86)
- Scan Earthcorps Scout Wreckage at (X: 61, Y: -86)
- You have found the wreckage of the last scout mission sent here. Report back to Councilor Uje'da with all the data you've found.
- Go back to Joves and speak with Councillor Uje'da
- (make sure you have an empty slot in your cargo bay ) to receive a lvl3 V'rix Modified Telescopium (Activated Scan Range Boost of +8600 for 10 seconds)
