Steps

1. Travel to Shepard, then to Pax Swift Star
   • From gate to Carpenter, warp to (and 40k past) Frontier Field Delta.
   • You need to get close to Pax Swift Star and hold until mission advances to next step.
2. Eliminate 15 Scuttle Bugs
   • Scuttle Bugs are CL20.
