Steps

Go to Refuse Area (Io, Sol System)
Find a prospectable asteroid and prospect some Iron Ore
- You need to mine at least 2 Iron Ore. The mission advances to step 4 after you mine one piece, but you cannot complete it with less than 2 Iron Ore.
Return to Shin-Tzu Li in the Lobby of the Nishino Research Facility
