Architecti Scuti would like to speak to you about a classified Research Project. Best to memorize the details.

Steps

1. Build a Skirmish Shield I (you will have already been given the blueprint).
2. Classified: Locate a Progen Warrior of the specified combat and hull level. Give them the Skirmish Shield and tell them to speak to Imperator Agrippa (Arx Emporos, Altair III).
   • The PW will be given the mission Agrippa Technology Research: Testing Times, or Agrippa Technology Research: Pear Tree (Repeating) if it is not the first time to complete the testing.
3. Once your chosen Progen Warrior has completed their mission, they will have the Progen Test Report on the Agrippa Technology "Skirmish Shield I". Give it to Architecti Scuti.
