In some circumstances (still unclear), this mission additionally requires the "Silver Token: Inflammatory Ideas" mission.
I wasn't offered this mission on my PP (OL:128), Telum just talked about Stage II (had done all other Stage I weapons missions from Telum except Silver Token: Inflammatory Ideas which also isn't offered). Are they PW only?
