Steps

1. Speak to Vinda (Porvenir Mons, Endriago Planet).
2. Scan the Alien Core, then return to Endriago Planet and speak to Vinda.
   • The Alien Core is next to En0898 Scan Relay, in Endriago sector
3. For your loyalty to Vinda, speak to her on Porvenir Mons.
