Steps

1. On Vinda's behalf check Imperator Agrippa's records regarding the PAX Decima Gemina to see if it was correctly serviced.
   • Imperator Agrippa is on Arx Emporos, Altair III Sector, Altair System
2. Harvey Krum in Chernevog Station (Aragoth Prime) has some information for 300,000 credits.
   • Confirmed by GM, there is no alternative to paying Krum the 300K (and the 300K is subtracted not when you first begin the dialog, but only near the end at the exact same point where the mission advances).
3. Based on the information received, find the PAX Decima Gemina in Lagarto. X: 141 Y: 289
   • It is located in a large gravity well at precisely <141.33, 289.87, 0.00>.
4. Return to Vinda in Porvenir Mons (Endriago Planet) with your discovery..
5. Report to Proconsul Dionysius Kerr on Arx Magister (Mars).
6. Go to the Tiberius Shipyards in Primus for your hull upgrade. You have already paid for this.
