The Ninja's Shogi M4 may also be purchased at Jove's Fury, Fenris Prime Observatory, Yasuragi, Trader's Fort, Tokai Saikutsu, and Ishuan Station.

Buffs:

• Improved Cloaking (Equip): Reduces Cloaking Engage Time by 1.5(2.0) seconds (to a minimum of 3 seconds), makes the target harder to detect with See Cloaking, and increases Stealth Strike time when equipped.
