Ketsugo Outpost wants you to kill 8 Red Spindles.

Steps

1. Kill 8 Red Spindles near Yokan Beltway 2.
   • At Nav Beltway 2, freewarp north a bit, Asteroid YP-X66 (35k NE of Yokan Beltway 2) has the spindles.
   • The Spindles are CL8
2. Return to Ketsugo Outpost to complete the mission.

Notes

I found warping away (~25km) and warping back allowed me to get the next mission pretty much instantly.
