Steps
- Go to Swooping Eagle sector and kill a Juoona Patriarch.
- This CL18 mob can be found near Hytlac Resource Point They attack with EMP and Energy.
- A CLl2 Juoona Patriarch is S-E of Field of Glass Point
- Return to Master Orosu.
