After completing Prospect II, speak to Fet Rastain to learn another skill
Steps
- Find a location either in Mars or Mars Beta and mine enough magnetite ore to cover your hull.
- The mission text says you need 13. Even if you have gotten hull upgrades, you still need 13.
- Debris Area Alpha in Mars Beta is a good place to mine Magnetite.
- Alpha Beta 1 in Mars is also good, if you are combining this mission with Diridium Detour
- Return to Fet Rastian to allow the 13 units of magnetite cover to be applied to your hull.
- Go and kill a CL1 Swarming Manes in Debris Area Beta.
- You gain the Repulsor Field (Skill) as soon as you kill this Manes.
- After activating Repulsor Field (Skill) on yourself, see the difference by killing another CL1 Swarming Mane
- (apparently this step gets skipped and it jumps directly to step 5)
- Return to Fet Rastian
