Steps

1. Mettan sent you to talk to Julie Bristol on Earth Station about some parts for a build schematic he has planned.
   • You need to have 25000 credits in your wallet to advance
2. You obtained the parts from Julie, you now need to rush them back to Somerled Station in New Edinburgh, Tau Ceti
3. Mettan sent you away for a few minutes, try to talk with Moire Archer to kill the time.
   • You need to talk about Mettan's plan to advance this step
4. You were successful (sort of), go back to Mettan Gunderson and let him know the good news!
