Markus Kahn sends the pilot deeper into the Mondara Shear to find clues as to what destroyed the Pax Invistus and its Missing Progen Squadron.

Steps

1. Scout the outlying Hunting Points, starting with Hunting Point Cosmos
2. Scout the outlying Hunting Point Hippalus.
3. Scout the outlying Hunting Point Gallus.
4. Fly to Hunting Point Nero. Then look northward for signs of an aggressor.
5. Defeat a Leviathan of the Mondara Shear.
   • The Leviathans are CL38
   • Located 33k NNW of Hunting Point Nero at (9, 75, 9)
6. Retreat and return to Markus Khan and report the massing of Leviathans in the Mondara Shear
