Neutralize Red Dragon activity near the Mondara Maelstrom to allow the Sabine to investigate.

Steps

1. Clear Red Dragons from Nav Sabinus 1.
   • Nav Sabinus 1 is a new nav in Tarsis found on the way to the Maelstrom at x-34.48, y77.50
   • Kill 5 CL14 Shang Lo Elite Red Dragons
2. Proceed to Nav Sabinus 2 and eliminate any Red Dragon installations.
   • Kill 2 CL20 Red Dragons
3. Return to Gratis Augustus Var on Arx Tiberius (Tarsis, Vega System).
