The The Red Dragon faction is divided into secretive sworn brotherhoods, or tongs, of which four are known from their signet rings:

• the Bai Leung tong
• the Heung Leung tong
• the Lan Leung tong
• the Liu Leung tong

Tong leaders wear Signet Rings to indicate their status; these can also be used to make seal impressions to authenticate written orders. Based on analysis of the the costliness and prevalence of signet rings looted from destroyed Red Dragon ships, the Liu Leung tong would appear to be the wealthiest, and the Lan Leung tong the smallest.

Signet Rings so far discovered from RD ship wreckage are shown below. The Level 4 Gold signet rings of the Liu Leung and Bai Yeung tongs are the only known ones to have significance: they are loot drops needed to complete a repeatable mission, called Tang Kai Heng, which is available to all Progen classes once mission prerequisites are met. All other varieties of signet ring appear to only have cash-sale value with NPC vendors.
