Steps
- Eliminate four Chavez Clan Miners (CL 8) in Neptune. Try around navs 6, 8, & 9. Rarer, & slower spawn rate than the L10s.
- Report success to Joinilec Vertize.
- Eliminate three Chavez Clan Scouts (CL 10) in Neptune. Try asteroid fields near Navs 8 & 9.
- Report success to Joinilec Vertize.
- Fly to Neptune Nav 9
- Kill Chavez Captain Fernando Ortiz (CL12) Neptune.
- Report success to Joinilec Vertize.
- Receive referral to Gildro Booz (Communications Officer) for next mission Deliver the Communications.

- Baron Cimetiere's Afefe (L3) engine
- Baron Cimetiere's Ala (L3) shield
