This rare Level 9 Computer component has no known vendors. It may only be found in certain high-level items which are drop-only and difficult to obtain.
The only known (and unreliable) method of acquisition is to dismantle one of the following items at an Analysis Terminal:
- L8 Advanced Weapon Control System (device)
- L9 Aquila Prime IBWS 9 (device)
- L9 Prismatic Dragon Wing (engine)
- L9 Dung Flinger (missile launcher)
- L9 Yakity Yak Asylum (shield)
- L9 Delphinus Prime IWS 9 (device)
