Steps
- Acquire five of your chosen shield for Vinda
- Level 3 SH-X7 "Mastiff" Mk. III
- Level 5 SH-X8 "Rottweiler" Mk. V
- Level 7 SH-X9 "Great Dane" Mk. VII
- Level 9 SH-X6 "Doberman" Mk. IX
- Return to Vinda
- Deliver the five chosen shields to Havyair Amen-Tol on Arx Ymir for processing. He will award you 3000 Explore xp, and 50 Sabine faction points.
