This weaon(sic) channels solar energy into a deadly beam. Because of its unique build it requires very little reactor power to activate.

Buffs:

• Weaken Energy (Activated): -49.0 Energy Deflect for 192 seconds to enemy when activated.
• Shield Renewal (Equip): Adds 23.1 shield regeneration rate when equipped.
• Increase Maneuverability (Equip): Increases turn rate by 67% when equipped.
