Players in-game and on the forums with one of the following tags next to their names:
[HGM](Head Game Master)[DGM](Deputy Game Master)[GM](Game Master)
are Game Masters who can help you with in-game issues. They are not developers and should not be bothered with bugs or feature requests. They can help with things like being stuck, missing mission items, stuck missions, character renames, mislooted untradable items, etc.

Checking if a Game Master is Online
You can determine whether (and how many) Game Masters are online using the console command:
/petition
If one or more are available you can ask for one to contact you in the New Players channel and/or open a ticket (see below).

Getting Items from a Game Master
In some cases a Game Master may need to restore an item for you and in this scenario once they've handled things on their end you can use the console command:
/getgmitems
