• At one time the L6 and L7 versions of this device may have dropped from the mob summoned as part of The Smoking Mirror (CL35 R2FL2CT4R in Mazzaroth Maelstrom at <-263.69, -52.07, 0.00>) but that is no longer the case as the Net-7 DB does not show this item dropping anywhere and this has been recently confirmed by multiple people.
• As reported 26 Jan 2024, the L7 version of this device has been seen to drop in the Mazzaroth Womb Raid. It's not known if the L4 & L6 versions of this rare device drop here also; please update when more details are known.
• 08:13, 3 July 2024 (UTC) I've recently killed the Mazzaroth Womb a dozen times or more and never saw any of these drop, so if they drop there, it's very rare.
