On this page you can find people who are willing to save you needing to go through Agrippa (except for ammo).
A word on Ammo
Agrippa is designed to be painful. In order to build the ammo for the weapons, you need to complete all of stage 1 on 3 characters in order to complete stage 2's Projectile VII mission. Completing that mission requires Stage 1 components and devices. So buying weapons is only advisable if you have a plan to either get the ammo prints yourself, or have someone willing to manufacture and trade you the ammo at the scale you need.
Bill of Materials
If you want anything built, show up with the parts. The builders will take care of converting these raw materials into various sub-components (SOOA, Collegia Research Authorization MXXIC, etc). You will NOT be able to bring Vodka as it is a trade good, so bring everything else. Builders will list their fees per item. This covers the various manufacturing costs of sub-components.
