The Red Dragon Research Vessel is located South-South-East of the Lower Saturn 3 waypoint in Asteroid Belt Beta. Be prepared to give up 20,000 credits to the Red Dragons to keep going on, unless you can fight them.
And then another 20,000 to get out of there with the goods you need!! The goods are a part of the Source of Inspiration for a JE's OL30 upgrade. See Jenquai Hull Upgrade Missions for more info.
Ouch.... 40K credits. Expensive. Should have brought an army!
And.. I get back to safety at the Gate and find I don't have it. Thought I would be smart and give 7,500 bargaining originally (instead of the 20k they wanted) with them for it and they took my money and I left but... no Inspiration part. So back I went and paid the full 10,000 and that time I got the goods.. Total 47,500.
Before leaving the main pathway in ABB, cloak. Approach the Research Vessel while cloaked and you will avoid the 20k/20k toll.
