This level 7 device is a player-only made item. Blueprints for the entire Lodestar range are obtainable by completing the mission Solar Power Schoolin' By The Book - Devices. Be sure to have 2 million credits to buy the blueprints for the L6, L7, and L8.

- Recharge Shields (Equip): +43.6(+58.0)% Shield Recharge when equipped.
