In Memory of Yoko is a nav in Valkyrie Twins at <76.35, 14.44, 0.00>. It is a memorial to Yoko (aka Ishtar, Arahsi, Asuka, but his friends called him Richard), a player who died of sudden heart failure while playing the game.
Nearby you can find the NPC Merchant Prince Yoko at <81.43, 16.38, 1.15>, a CL31 TT who will buff you with Shield Charging if you get close.
