The Level 4 Hermes PM4 engine was thought to be purchasable at Ishuan Station, but this is confirmed (Sep2021) to not be the case. Enb.gearlist.co.uk has no drop locations known, but claims the L3 and L5 versions of this model do drop from mobs. Please update details when discovered.
Buffs:
- Reactor Renewal (Equip): +2.8(+3.7)% Reactor Recharge when equipped.
- Recharge Shields (Equip): +14.0(+18.6)% Shield Recharge when equipped.
Restrictions:
- Jenquai only
- Trader only
