Notes
- This is a mysterious and highly unusual item. The Net-7 DB entry for it was broken, but even after that was fixed what's there raises more questions than it does provide answers. It was originally noted that this was some kind of PL, but based on the item page that doesn't really appear to be the case. I'm not certain it's a weapon at all, but if it is it's more like a beam than a PL as it has no ammo. But it also has no range, or any other stats you might expect on a weapon. The description says "device" so perhaps that's what it actually is?
