Bugs

Oddly this is an item that no one can use so it represents a bug and shouldn't even exist. It is only usable by Terran Enforcers and they cannot use L9 devices. If you get one of these, you have my condolences.
(╯°. °)╯︵ ┻━┻ The Slow Weapons buff on this device is "252" seconds which is a bug. It's clearly supposed to be 2520 in order to be consistent with the other aa Ehtag* devices. However, this is of little consequence since this device is unusable.
