Notes

• The Net-7 DB shows this device with the Slow Weapons buff as "252" which is hopefully a typo and not a bug. It's clearly supposed to be 2520 like the other buffs in order to be consistent with the other aa Ehtag* devices.
• The Ehtag range of devices share similar buffs, and may be found in a number of levels:

  • L8 aa Ehtag An Ne
  • L9 aa Ehtag Y

Bugs

•   
  Oddly this is an item that no one can use so it represents a bug and shouldn't even exist. It is only usable by Terran Enforcers and they cannot use L9 devices. If you get one of these, you have my condolences.
