Qualities
Normal loot dropped items can vary in quality from 85% to 125%. Player made items can be manufactured up to a maximum quality of 200%.
Higher quality items will usually offer longer term activated buffs and stronger equipable improvements.
Player made item effects are displayed in the wiki (and database) with two numbers, the first being the stat at quality 100 and the second at quality 200%.
- for example, Device of amazing awesomeness +20(30) Awesome. The 200% quality version provides 10 more awesome then the 100%.
